Delivery and Turnaround Time

We offer our customers free delivery and handling nationwide on all our products. For information regarding the collection of cases from your practice, please visit Ordering and Sending a Case.

Turnaround times are conditional on there being no delays that arise from factors beyond our control. Please note that public holidays and bank holidays may lead to a delay in turnaround time. Contact our office if you would like to know an accurate date of return for your case.

Cases may take longer than indicated if there are technical queries from our technicians, problems to discuss, or where photographs are requested by the customer. We will keep you updated. If there are unexpected delays with a case of yours, our staff will contact you as soon as possible. If a technical query arises on a case, we will endeavor to resolve that query on the same working day. If the technical query takes longer that 1 working day to resolve, an SCD representative will provide a revised delivery date.

The time to complete a case depends on the type of product and material selected. Use our turnaround time calculator below to determine the expected dispatch date from our lab. If no finishing date is provided by you, then no notification will be given regarding date of dispatch.

Where possible, allow 2 full weeks from impression appointment to cementation or insertion appointment.

Extra time may be needed if implant componentry has to be specifically ordered.
